Performance Marketing Tool

Binghamton University intends to procure a tool/platform to accomplish the following:

• Provide full-funnel marketing to right-fit high school and transfer students and their families through Connected TV
• Provide streaming campaigns through performance TV across different mediums
• Allow Binghamton University to target students based on specific interests, academic programs and location
• Provide data driven solutions
• Measure impressions, engagement and conversations
• Assist with the development and production of the advertisements
• The tool must have a dedicated interest in higher education
• The tool must integrate with Slate
• The tool must monitor and analyze engagement and provide feedback on marketing efforts and recruitment strategies

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355 (5) {a}, which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity / product or service.
