Bidders must submit bids through the Online Bidding System https://mpe.bidsandtenders.ca/ before 2:00:00 p.m. local time August 6, 2025 for the construction of:

RM of Lomond No.37
Grid 705 – Pavement Overlay

Major work items are as follows:
1. 50 mm Type 5 Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Overlay
2. Pavement Markings
Tender Documents are available through Bids & Tenders.

Each Tender must be accompanied by a bank draft or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Tender Price, payable to the Rural Municipality of Lomond No. 37. Tenderers are also required to supply a Consent of Surety Form in the amount equal to fifty (50%) percent of the Contract sum.

All tenderers are encouraged to visit the Site prior to submitting to evaluate field conditions.

The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in, or reject any or all tenders, and will not accept for consideration tenders from any tenderer (including subcontractors) that is a party to any unresolved legal action against the Owner, or accept the Tender deemed most favourable in the interest of the Owner.
