The Town of Yarmouth is seeking written quotes for the Overhead Roll-Up Door Replacement in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, §39M. The total project cost is estimated to be under $50,000. Contractors must be properly licensed and insured.

All labor is to be in accordance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts prevailing Wage Rates. The Quotes must reflect the Prevailing Wage Schedule #20260309135835, dated March 09, 2026.
All bidders shall be required to provide Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training in accordance with Massachusetts General Law 30: Section 39S, as amended by Chapter 306 of the Acts of 2004, effective 7/1/06.
