Employee Engagement Survey Provider

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) seeks to retain the services of a proponent who specializes in the measurement of employee engagement. The goal of these surveys is to gain meaningful insights into employee engagement, attitudes, perceptions, and commitment to the organization, its leadership, and their individual roles aligned with the Scope of Work outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). These survey results will establish a baseline for tracking progress, guiding improvements, and shaping a stronger organizational culture over time. Additionally, the findings will inform strategies for targeted training and development. The selected proponent will work closely with SIGA to finalize survey design, interpret the results, and may be asked to present key findings to SIGA’s leadership teams. SIGA is seeking a partner with proven experience in designing, conducting, and communicating employee engagement surveys, one who offers competitive pricing and fully meets the criteria set out in this RFP.
