18 Park Street Renovation - Commissioning Services

Binghamton University is in the process of bidding a project to restore a 3-story historic building at 18 Park Street, Johnson City, NY to support the existing Health Sciences Campus. The renovated building will house the Speech and Language Pathology and Physical Therapy programs and will also have shell space on the 3rd floor for future expansion. The project will consist of but not be limited to Site/Civil work, masonry restoration, and all new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire-protection and fire alarms.

The selected consultant will follow Commissioning Services as per the State University Construction Fund Directive 15H-9 "Commissioning and Indoor Air Quality Testing"

The construction budget is $24,056,000
