Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of South Campus Emergency Generators

The City College of New York (“CCNY” and/or “the College”) of the City University of New York (“CUNY” and/or “University”) is seeking sealed bid submissions from qualified Contractors in response to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for annual, semi-annual, and minor preventive inspections to determine necessary maintenance, repair or spare part requirements and perform annual preventative maintenance services for South Campus Emergency Generator Equipment.

Respondent must have been in the generator repair business for a minimum of three (3) years as of the Bid Submission Due Date. Respondent shall have satisfactorily completed within the past two (2) years at least three (3) contracts that are of similar size, scope, complexity, and nature to those required by this IFB.

A mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM. All interested Bidders must respond in advance of the Site Visit by Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Please email the Designated Contact below to inform them of the names of the attendees from your organization. Vendors that do not respond in advance will not be permitted to enter The City College of New York campus.

NYS prevailing wages apply.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University's standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
