7666 House repairs & repainting

Scope of work needed done on the house at 7666 Green Lakes Rd.:

1. Close off the sliding door at rear of house and door on south side of house. Frame, insulate and sheath openings. Install new cedar siding to match existing.
2. Remove rotting front porch pillars and decking and replace with new materials. New posts to be as close as possible to old style.
3. Remove and replace any rotted siding and trim.
4. Remove and replace any rotted window and door trim.
5. Scrape and re-paint/stain the entire exterior of the house.
6. Removal all debris.
