The New York State Power Authority announces this Request for Proposals (RFP) Q25-7656KK Low Orbit Satellite Phone Replacement, to identify qualified providers to provide the equipment, material, labor, tools, services and supervision as required to replace or upgrade the existing Low Orbit Satellite phones at various Northern NY sites:

Adirondack Substation in Crogan, NY, Albany Office in Albany, NY, Canal Office in Buffalo, NY, Canal Office in Syracuse, NY and Massena Substation in Massena, NY.

A site visit for interested respondents will be held at 10am on the dates shown below:

6/17 - Adirondack Substation and Canals–Syracuse, NY

6/18 - STL for Massena Substation

6/23 - Albany, NY

6/30 - Canals – Buffalo, NY
