Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) awarded a Firm Fixed Price delivery order to Bell Boeing JPO on a sole source basis for the remaining V-22 retrofit kits and installs in support of Manual Override Switches (MOS) and Power Distribution Panels #2 (PDP2) in accordance with statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 “only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”
