Smart Vending Machines for Tracking and Dispensing Medical Supplies and Other Goods

The purpose of this solicitation is to:

• Increase access to Risk Reduction supplies, including but not limited to:
o Naloxone (Narcan)
o Syringes and other injection supplies
o Safe smoking supplies
o Alcohol wipes
o Fentanyl and Xylazine Test Strips
o Pregnancy Test
o Home HIV Test
o Safer sex supplies (condoms, lubricant)
o Information on substance use treatment and support services
• Reduce the incidence of overdose deaths and related health risk
• Improve public health outcomes for individuals who use drugs.
• Provide discreet and accessible resources to vulnerable populations.
