1. INVITATION TO BID
The City of Warrensburg, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1)
new Utility Task Vehicle (UTV).
This procurement is conducted as a Formal Request for Bids pursuant to the City Finance
Procedure Manual and applicable Missouri law.
2. FUNDING SOURCE
This purchase is funded through the City's Capital Improvement Fund and is subject to
adopted budget authority.
3. SPECIFICATIONS,
Italicized items are listed as options and should be bid for consideration in the final
cost.

4000lbs. Provide alternative bid(s) if multiple ratings exist.
* Cargo Box volume 18 Cubic Feet
* Hydraulic or electric dump bed (option)

* Minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty
* Title provided free and clear of all liens
Equivalent brands meeting or exceeding these specifications will be considered.
4. PRICING REQUIREMENTS
Bid price shall include base vehicle, required equipment, freight, delivery (FOB
Destination), and all fees.
Optional items bid should be included as a supplement and include the total cost of the
addition including installation costs if required.
The City is tax exempt. Sales tax shall not be included.

6. AWARD OF CONTRACT
The City reserves the right to select the lowest and best responsible bidder based on
consideration of all factors. The City can reject bids which are not responsible or which
are in violation of any bid requirement or are otherwise irregular. The City reserves the
right to reject any or all bids.
The successful bidder is responsible for complying with all state and federal laws. The
successful bidder shall provide all required documentation to the City prior to issuance of
a Purchase Order.
