The City of Siloam Springs Board of Directors is seeking proposals from qualified executive search firms or professional recruiters to assist in the recruitment and selection of a City Administrator. The selected firm will partner with the City to design and execute a comprehensive recruitment process, resulting in the identification and hiring of a highly qualified candidate to serve as the City’s chief administrative officer.
The selected firm will be expected to provide the following services:

Develop a candidate profile and recruitment timeline.
•
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy, including targeted advertising and outreach.
•
Actively recruit and screen candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse applicant pool.
•
Present a list of recommended candidates with résumés, credentials, and preliminary evaluations.
•
Assist in coordinating interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
•
Provide professional guidance throughout the selection process to support the Board’s final decision.

Qualifications:

Respondents should demonstrate:
• Successful experience in recruiting City Administrators or similar executive-level municipal positions preferably in similar size to Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
• Knowledge of local government operations, organizational structures, and executive leadership competencies.
• A proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.
• Capacity to ensure a timely, efficient, and inclusive recruitment process.
