THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO PERFORM EO22 INVENTORY ASSESSMENT SERVICES AS OUTLINED IN THE ARIBA EVENT AND BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY'S GENERATION AND TRANSMISSION FACILITIES.

Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk.
