The Department of Corrections is soliciting suppliers to submit qualifications for the Reentry Services Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Suppliers who meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and will be eligible to receive referrals to provide services to reentrants.
The Reentry Services ITQ contract and related documents are available for review at https://www.dgs.pa.gov/Materials-Services-Procurement/Procurement-Resources/Pages/ITQ-Documents.aspx.
Suppliers must register as a PA Supplier and receive a vendor number. Suppliers will register in the PA Supplier Portal at https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous.
Suppliers must then register in the Jaggaer system to submit required documents. Jaggaer can be accessed at https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin?CustOrg=CommonwealthPA. Once in the Jaggaer, suppliers should select the appropriate commodity codes in the Business Details section of their profile, which will then bring up required documentation.
Qualifications will only be accepted electronically through Jaggaer. Technical support is available via Jaggaer at https://www.jaggaer.com/service-support/supplier-support/ or by calling 800-233-1121.
