| Synopsis |
Lucas County Treasurer's Office (County), invites competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide printing, finishing, document handling, and mailing services for real estate tax bills and related taxpayer communications.
The solicitation contains two independently awardable components: •Part A - Printing and Finishing Services. •Part B - Mailing Services. A vendor may submit a proposal for either component. A vendor capable of performing both components must submit complete standalone pricing for Part A and Part B and may also submit Part C combined-service pricing identifying any discount or operational efficiency arising from an integrated award. Questions should be submitted by September 11, 2026 by 2:00 PM and emailed to: purchasing@co.lucas.oh.us Answers to the submitted questions will be posted September 16, 2026. |
