Summary

This RFQ will result in a “short list” of photographers and videographers equipped to help SLDC advance its marketing and communications strategy. One or more contracts may be awarded as a result of this RFQ process as is appropriate to meet the needs of SLDC; however, issuing this RFQ does not obligate SLDC to select or award any contracts or be responsible for any costs incurred in preparing submissions. This RFQ process is not an offer of engagement and should not be construed as such.
All submissions must be sent to Dontrinia Baxton, baxtond@stlouis-mo.gov , by January 17, 2025, at 4:00 pm (central time). Late submissions will not be considered.

Submissions will be evaluated based on qualifications, portfolio quality, relevance to SLDC’s mission, and overall value.
