The Town will accept responses to this RFP electronically by email at toarfp@apexnc.org. Proposals received after the 2:00 PM EST on 10/8/2025 will not be accepted. Proposals submitted in any format other than via email, including but not limited to hard copy (mailed or hand-delivered), facsimile, will not be accepted or considered.

Offerors should carefully examine the specifications and fully inform themselves of all conditions and matters affecting the equipment/materials/service or cost thereof. Should an offeror find discrepancies in or omissions from the specifications or request for proposal, he/she shall send an email to toarfp@apexnc.org. The deadline for submission of contractor questions is 5:00 pm local time on 9/17/2025. The last date for the Town to provide answers to questions is 2:00 pm local time on 9/24/2025. All appropriately submitted questions will be answered in writing on the www.apexnc.org.
