Reroofing of the City of Oakridge's Willamette Activity Center (WAC). The existing roof area is approximately 29,000sf. The work
of this project includes removal of the existing roofing and insulation systems above the roof decking, modifications to some of the existing roof structure, installation of new plywood roof sheathing over existing roof decking, installation of steel pipes for a future rooftop solar system, tapered rigid insulation, and single-ply TPO roofing.
