The “Taking Action with Data” project is in its 10th year and is sponsored by the Wisconsin Environmental Public Health Tracking Program.
The purpose of this request for applications is to increase environmental public health improvement initiatives in local public health agencies and federally recognized Tribes. The intent of this funding opportunity is to help agencies develop new, innovative, or enhanced projects to improve environmental public health in their communities.
Applicants must use Wisconsin Tracking data to identify and address environmental health concerns in their jurisdictions.
Due to a federal funding delay, this request for application has been released later than in past years. Given the turnaround time needed, the project period will be 11 months instead of 12 months.
The deadline for applying is Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 3:30 p.m.
