Clean up and removal of abandoned and broken equipment, clean up and removal of neglected machinery, removal of junked and abandoned vehicles, and proper demolition and removal to a proper disposal site for the property of 5385 Snowflake Cir, Lot 8 Block 5 Alpine Woods

Current minimum prevailing wage rates as published by the Alaska Department of Labor must be paid if required by law.

Requirements of the Alaska Employment Preference (AS 36.10) must be met.
