The project includes but is not limited the following work: 1. Install 137 linear feet of 24-inch Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sanitary sewer lines.2. Install 119 linear feet of steel casing.3. Install one 5-foot diameter sanitary sewer doghouse manhole and one 5-foot diameter sanitary sewer manhole.4. Install temporary stream and sanitary sewer bypass setup and operations.5. Abandon in place (using flowable fill) of 67 linear feet of 21-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP).6. Abandon in place (using flowable fill) 87 linear feet of 15-inch (RCP).7. Perform final restoration of all disturbed areas. 8. Perform coordination with CSX Transportation for the purpose of gaining access to the project area.Interested vendors should go to https://service.alexandriava.gov/MSS/Vendors/default.aspx and look under bid number 1202 for the solicitation documents. The solicitation will not be provided in the eVA system, only in the City's Vendor Self Service System.
