DPW Bituminous Concrete Supply

The Town of Wayland hereby invites sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply bituminous concrete for pick up at the bidder’s location by Town employees and using Town vehicles and equipment. Additionally, the bidder will accept unprocessed recycled asphalt product (RAP) at the bidder’s location.

All bids and the awarding of any contract are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 30B, as amended.

Please Note:

• Payment Bond – Winning bidders are required furnish a payment bond worth 50% of the value of the total bid. See Section 13 for details.
• The estimated annual value of this contract is $100,000, with an approximate three year total value of $300,000.
• The Town is an Equal Opportunity Employer and purchaser and encourages MBE/WBE/DBE participation in response to the bid process.

All IFB documents will be available starting April 6, 2026 by downloading them at www.wayland.ma.us/bids . Bids must be submitted either via mail or in person to Kelsi Power-Spirlet, Assistant Town Manager, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 before April 21, 2026 at 1:00PM ET.
