The City of Wheaton is soliciting competitive bids to furnish and install cured-in-place pipe (CIPP)
within the City of Wheaton’s sewer collection systems. The Contractor shall provide all materials,
labor, equipment, and services necessary for traffic control, cleaning and television inspection of
sewers to be lined, bypass pumping and/or diversion of sewage flows, CIPP installation (including
installation in easements), reconnection of service connections, sealing of all sanitary sewer main
to service lateral connections with chemical grout, final television inspection of the lined sewer
mains, warranty work, and all other materials, equipment, and procedures necessary to complete
the work specified herein.
