INVITATION TO BID
DELAWARE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT YEADON WELLNESS CENTER FLOORING PROJECT
(eDCHD-100225)
The County of Delaware, Pennsylvania (the "County") is soliciting bids from vendors for
DELAWARE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT YEADON WELLNESS CENTER FLOORING PROJECT
(eDCHD-100225) to replace Phase 2 & 3 carpet including removal of debris and labor for
approximately 4,423 square feet of office space. Vendor must disassemble and move various
pieces of office furniture to remove existing carpet and install new carpet. The upon
completion, all disassembled items must be reassembled and moved back to their initial
location.
A highly recommended Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 @
11:00 AM at 125 Chester Avenue, Yeadon, PA 19050.
ITB responses will be received virtually via the PennBid (penbid.bonfirehub.com) by the
Department of Central Purchasing on September 30, 2026 @ 11:00 a.m. at which time
responses will be opened and read aloud for DELAWARE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
YEADON WELLNESS CENTER FLOORING PROJECT (eDCHD-100225).

reviewed and/or downloaded.
Unless otherwise provided, in any supplement to these instructions to respondent, no
respondent shall modify, withdraw, or cancel the proposal or any part thereof for sixty (60)
days after the time designated for the receipt of proposal in the advertisement of Request for
