Design Engineering and Environmental Services for the Hammond Trail Bridge Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are invited by the Humboldt County

Department of Public Works, for the following:

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ No. DPW2025-002) DESIGN ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR THE HAMMOND TRAIL BRIDGE PROJECT

The Humboldt County Department of Public Works is accepting sealed Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide Design Engineering and Environmental Services for the Hammond Trail Bridge Project. The County will select a consultant team, based on their experience, availability of personnel and other considerations as noted in the RFQ to award a consultant agreement.

If you wish to submit a proposal, submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of all requested information in a sealed envelope.  A return address and the words “RFQ No. DPW2025-002” must be printed on the outside face of the envelope.

Sealed proposals must be received by Department of Public Works, 1106 2nd Street, Eureka, CA 95501 by 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.  Proposals received late will be rejected and returned unopened. The County of Humboldt reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.

Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) documents will also be available for examination at the Department of Public Works, 1106 Second Street, Eureka, CA 95501.   RFQ documents will be available on the Humboldt County Website under Public Works Department, via ( https://humboldtgov.org/bids.aspx ) or can be obtained via email or fax by calling the Humboldt County Public Works Engineering Department at (707) 445-7377.
