ADVERTISEMENT – INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources (MDMR) is seeking
sealed bids for the GBNERR Savanna Boardwalk Replacement . The solicitation number is RFx
3160007842. This Project is solicited by MDMR to perform work on the Savanna Boardwalk.
Detailed specifications and Invitation for Bids documents may be obtained from the following

An optional Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., February 10, 2026, at the GBNERR at
6005 Bayou Heron Rd Moss Point MS 39562. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to allow
potential bidders an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the
procurement requirements.
Bids may be submitted by hand delivery or mail to MDMR Procurement, 1716 AJ Holloway Dr,
Biloxi, MS 39532, or through the MAGIC Portal at: http://www.dfa.ms.gov/dfa-
offices/mmrs/mississippi-suppliers-vendors/ no later than 2:00 pm CST, February 24, 2026.
The bid opening will occur at 2:00 pm, February 24, 2026.
The MDMR reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities.
