Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Services

I. Project Information

A.   Objective

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting proposals from experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Analytics consultants and consulting firms to support the planning, implementation, and operationalization of advanced data infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) systems. SAWS intends to establish a master list of pre-qualified firms capable of delivering a wide range of services, including but not limited to conducting advance and predictive analytics, AI model development, preparation of procurement, selection, development, configuration, customization, debugging, installation, integration, calibration, and commissioning of data and AI/ML systems.

Firms selected through this proposal process will be eligible to receive assignments on a Work Order (WO) basis, as specific projects are identified and authorized by SAWS. Inclusion on the master list does not guarantee a minimum volume of work.

SAWS anticipates selecting awarding up to four (4) firms two (2) year not-to-exceed contracts with one (1) option to renew for one (1) additional year.

The total amount of work orders issued on contract for each selected firm shall not exceed $350,000.00 for the entire term of the contract, to include initial term and options to renew.
