Texarkana Water Utilities (TWU) is requesting a proposal for the City of Texarkana, Arkansas and the City of Texarkana, Texas.
Separate sealed proposals from the service provider to assist TWU in completion of the LCRI Service Line Inventory using predictive modeling. The proposals will be received by Texarkana Water Utilities at the Office of the Director P. O. Box 2008, 801 Wood Street, Texarkana, Texas 75504 until “2:00PM”, “May 11, 2026” and then at said office publicly opened and referred to a committee for review.
The scope of works consists of developing a predictive modeling algorithm to satisfy the requirements of the United States EPA LCRI Service Line Inventory requirements. This predictive model must be accepted by the United States EPA, Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH).
