Each bidder is required to fill in every blank and shall supply all information requested; failure to do so may be used as basis of rejection.
Bidder shall assume all responsibility for receiving updates and any addenda issued to this project. Failure to acknowledge addenda issued as instructed could result in bid rejection.
The undersigned hereby offers to furnish & deliver the articles or services as specified, at the prices & terms stated herein, and in strict accordance with the specifications and general conditions of bidding, all of which are made a part of this offer. The City of Dyer, AR is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of two (2) portable diesel generators and manual transfer switch docking stations at three (3) locations throughout the community of Dyer. Digital copies of the bid documents are available at http://www.isginc.com . These documents may be downloaded by selecting the “Bidding” link and entering Quest Project Number 10139449. For assistance and free membership registration, contact QuestCDN at (952) 233-1632 or info@questcdn.com . Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online ISG Plan Holders List; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the ISG online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders List and submit a bid. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers in the Bid Form to verify receipt.
All bids shall be received by April 24, 2026, 12:00 PM (Noon), local time by submitting a sealed physical bid to the City of Dyer address listed below. No late bids shall be accepted. The City of Dyer shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected bids, or for failure of proposer’s technical equipment. A public bid opening will be conducted shortly after the deadline at City Hall.

The City of Dyer reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, and to postpone the award of the
Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond ninety calendar days from the bid opening date.
