Description

The purpose of this RFP is to establish one service contract with a qualified fire alarm and fire protection vendor to provide labor and materials required for preventative maintenance, repairs, documentation, panel programming, inspections, and testing as required on all the existing fire safety systems at the campuses and buildings operated by New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (the “Corporation”). The vendor will be selected based on a thorough analysis of the company’s ability to provide the Corporation with the highest quality and value of service.
