The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), McClellan Park, Ca, 95652, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four option year contract for Abbott RALS Accu-chek Point of Care analyzers Annual Service Maintenance Agreement. Place of performance is Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS), 6900 N Pecos Rd North Las Vegas, NV, 89086, and all VASNHS Supported Outpatient Clinics. Authority, FAR Part 813.106-1(b) Simplified Acquisition Procedures: Soliciting from a Single Source. Applicable NAICS: 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing.

This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Due to the continuation of need it has been determined that these services are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract on or around June 01, 2025, to Abbot Rapid Diagnostic Informatics, Inc. 915 East High Street, Suite 500, Charlottesville, VA 22902 UEI # H6ZLTSJFD465, Cage Code: 1RAP7. Estimated Period of performance: June 01st, 2025 to May 31, 2030.

This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
