Sealed bids submitted electronically will be opened in the Conway Mayor’s Office, City Hall, 1111 Main St, Conway, Arkansas 72032, at 2:00 pm, local time Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and publicly read aloud, for Outside Legal Counsel in Conway, Arkansas.
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish pre-qualified firms with experience in municipal outside legal counsel in Municipal, FOIA, Contract, State and/or Federal Law.
