Description:
The project scope of work includes cover all windows and doors (excludes front door). Ventilation installed at each covered window and door. catalogue all sash, provide racks for storage of doors and windows. Install bracing for exterior walls. Install temporary wall where missing on building exterior. Install flashing and caps at chimneys. Install support walls for fireplace openings. Install flashing at front gable, and additional column support at front porch.
