Sealed bids for the Elevator Installation Poinsett County Courthouse

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids for the Elevator Installation Poinsett County Courthouse will be received until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the office of the Poinsett County Judge, Annex 2, 108 N. East St., Harrisburg, AR 72432, then opened and read aloud in the Court Meeting Room.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:30AM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the project site: 401 Market Street in Harrisburg. All contractors interested in bidding are strongly encouraged to attend.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501) 372-4011. Prime contractors may obtain one printed set of drawings and specifications at no charge. Subcontractors and Prime Contractors requiring additional sets may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics. Purchased bidding documents are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, Poinsett County encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
Poinsett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
