The Uxbridge Free Public Library seeks proposals from qualified Designers as defined in the Massachusetts General Law Chapter 7C, Section 44-58 and this RFQ to provide Design Services during the Planning and Design phase pursuant to the 2023-2024 Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program Planning and Design Grant issued by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
Design services will commence immediately after the contract award. RFQ documents are available by email request to dhurley@leftfieldpm.com. Sealed responses clearly labeled "Designer Qualifications for Uxbridge Free Public Library" are due by 12:00 p.m. on August 22, 2025, delivered to: Office of the Town Manager, Town of Uxbridge Town Hall, 21 South Main Street, Uxbridge, MA 01569.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive any defects, informalities, and minor irregularities; to award contracts; or cancel this RFQ, if it is in the Town's best interest to do so.
