Everbridge Contract 5 Years with 2 One Year Option

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (hereafter "MTA") requires a provider of technology for mass notification, incident management, situational awareness, and mobile collaboration services to support emergency management and operations across the entire MTA service territory.

1) MTA's service territory includes all of New York City, Long Island (Nassau

and Suffolk Counties), Hudson Valley (Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess

Counties), Rockland and Orange Counties, and southwestern Connecticut

(Fairfield and New Haven Counties)

2) Because this contract must serve the needs of all the operating agencies

and MTA headquarters, flexibility is a priority.

The goal is for the MTA is to have a five-year contract in place when the current 1

year extension with Everbridge Inc expires on April 29, 2025.
