3 Totems Artwork Installation

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified firms for the engineering and construction of a structural concrete pad for the installation of a new art statue, called 3 Totems, within the City. The vendor will assume full responsibility for delivering a turnkey installation, starting with the engineering and design phase and concluding with site restoration upon the completed statue installation.

All proposals must be received by Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (PST)
