The contractor shall remove four (4) Temporary Production Facilities. The contractor has the option to demolish the temporary facilities on site. The Contractor shall ensure all the debris associated with the temporary facilities is removed from Norfolk Naval Shipyard and disposed of properly. The contractor shall take ownership of all leftover material (furniture, cabling, facility infrastructure and etc.) inside the temporary facilities after transfer of ownership. Contractor is to take any portion of the staircase system that is not shipyard scaffolding. The contractor shall provide all cranes, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to remove this equipment.
