TRS has posted an Request for Proposal (RFP) which is listedbelow:

This Solicitation can be accessed through the Electronic StateBusiness Daily (ESBD)website located at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/sp . The solicitation can also be accessedthrough TRS’ Procurement and Vendor E-System (PAVES) portal. Portal access,additional information, and job aids are located on TRS’ website: https://www.trs.texas.gov/Pages/procurement_PAVES.aspx .

Proposals must be submitted through PAVES. Instructions forsubmitting a proposal in PAVES are located within the Solicitation document andon TRS’ website. Follow these instructions exactly. Emailed responses will notbe considered.

TRS strongly suggests allowing yourself at least three or fourdays prior to the response due date to log in and navigate PAVES due to theparticular outline and format that must be followed to submit a proposal to TRSthat will be compliant and considered for evaluation.

The deadline for questions and clarifications is October 2nd 2024,at 3:00pm CT .  Questions must be submitted in writing via PAVES.Telephone requests will not be accepted.   The document containingquestions must be labeled with the Respondent name and solicitationnumber.  TRS has the sole discretion as to whether or not to respond tosubmitted questions.
