Construction of new DAFT Building and Equipment Construction of new Equalization Basin, Intermediate Pumping Station, Valve Vault, Pumps, and Equipment Conversion of existing DAFT to TWAS Storage Tank #3 Construction of new Sludge Loadout Station Construction of new Electrical Building and Equipment Installation of new Odor Control System and Equipment Plant Piping and Valve Replacement Influent Sanitary Sewer Piping Replacement Bid Request No. 2026-001 Johnson County Wastewater IFB-2 New Century Air Center Wastewater Treatment Facility Equalization Basin, Pumping and Solids Thickening Improvements Motor Control Center Replacement
BID BOND: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas.
