RFB-2731 Time and Material General Construction Services
Description:
a. General: Any department in Chemung County may utilize this contract to assist County maintenance and construction crews during natural disasters, on specific projects or as a separate workforce to assure projects are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. This Service Contract is not intended for major building additional renovations and/or major new construction projects.
b. Work Type:
• Chemung County: Project Work is generally heavy highway road, bridge, and large culvert repairs, maintenance, or replacement. All activities are to be completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• City of Elmira: May utilize this contract to assist crews with nuisance abatement
clean-up and activities as well as other miscellaneous tasks as deemed necessary by the City DPW. All activities are to be completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
