Solicitation Description:

Brazosport College is seeking qualifications from professional architecture/engineering firms to provide comprehensive services for an upcoming multi-phased capital renovation project on the Brazosport College campus. The project will include planning and programming services, design services, design documentation, coordination with state and local agency requirements, project/construction administration as defined in the Scope of Work, and project closeout.

The selected Respondent will be responsible for collaborating with BC to plan/program, design, and oversee the management and construction of the capital renovation efforts that support BC’s mission to provide high-quality education and services to our students and community.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) outlines the scope of work, required qualifications, and the criteria by which submittals will be evaluated. We invite firms with proven experience in higher education facilities, as well as a demonstrated ability to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions, to submit qualifications.

The Project will require a strong partnership with the selected Respondent to ensure the efficient and timely completion of the Project, aligning with BC’s strategic goals and commitment to excellence in education.
