REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Pathways, Trails, Parks, Recreation and Open Space
Master Plan
The City of Eagle (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services to the City to develop a Pathways, Trails, Parks, Recreation, & Open Space (PTPROS) Master Plan that will serve as a guiding document for the next 5 years of development, operations, and programming for the City’s system of pathways, trails, parks, recreation, and open space (“PTPROS system”). The City seeks to partner with a consultant to help guide planning efforts through this period of rapid growth. The awarded contract may be renewed to allow the consultant to update the Plan at the end of each five-year planning cycle.

PTPROS Master Plan RFP Submittal
. Submittals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (MDT) December 12, 2025. Bids received after the designated submittal deadline will not be considered. The City of Eagle reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
