Eldec MF 50 MF Mobile Induction Brazer System – BRAND NAME



Contractor shall supply: Eldec MF50 Mobile Induction System (BRAND NAME ONLY) with the following items and features:



1) Eldec MF 50 Induction Power Supply



2) 5-Ton Chiller



3) Mobile Cart

ITEM NO. 3 – Mobile Cart



1) 1 - Mobile Cart for Mounting the Induction Power Supply and Chiller



2) Mobile Cart Specifications:




  • Must include a mobile cart that allows the inductive power supply and cooling system to be moved together on the same cart. A system where the inductive power supply moves relative to the cooling system is not acceptable.

  • Mobile cart must allow staff to move brazing system across a flat surface without using other equipment.

  • Cart must have lockable wheels.

  • Cart must have pick points for movement by crane.



SUBMITTALS:




  • Descriptive Materials (brochures, illustrations, drawings, data sheets, etc.) must be submitted which will allow the Contracting Officer to determine, without discussion with the offeror, whether the products being offered meets all the required specifications. Submittals shall include copies of manufactures catalog cut sheet, specification sheets, and warranty for Induction Brazing System.

  • Manufacture shall stock regular spare parts consumables for brazing machine and cooler

  • OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS:




  • Two complete copies of the Operation and Maintenance Manual will be required for the Brazers and each of the attachments. The manuals shall include instructions on the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and warranty. They shall also include diagrams listing all system components, part numbers, and a list of recommended spare parts.

  • Also included shall be the name, phone and fax numbers, and email address of the contractor, manufacturer, and a distributor where spare parts can be purchased.

  • The following identification shall be inscribed on the covers:

WARRANTY:



On all parts, labor, and workmanship shall be covered by a minimum of 2 years or 2,000 operating hours warranty, whichever comes first. The contractor shall thoroughly test the entire system and all attachments prior to delivery. The warranty shall commence upon the date of acceptance by the Government.



ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIALS:



Materials will be inspected at the delivery point prior to acceptance. Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the product’s condition as specified until the point of acceptance. New equipment only; no remanufactured or “gray market” items.



DELIVERY SCHEDULE:



The successful offeror shall be required to deliver the Induction Brazer System and all attachments to Chief Joseph Dam within 120 days of award. The successful offeror shall also provide documentation, and other items as stated in the specifications. A loading dock is NOT available, so the freight company shall be required to provide means of unloading the mower without an unloading dock. All deliveries must take place during CJD business hours of Monday through Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, excluding Federal holidays.
