The State of Colorado, Department of Corrections (CDOC) is soliciting the submittal of qualifications from firms to provide Professional ADA Consulting and Transition Plan Services statewide for a five-year period (2025-2030). The intent of this RFQ is to award a current facility complex physical access barrier transition plan project to a single consultant/firm. CDOC has reserved the right to award additional or future facility complex physical access barrier transition plans and On-Call services to multiple consultants/firms if the submittals and qualifications meet or exceed expectations. No more than six (6) firms will be shortlisted to the On-Call list.
