Ellsworth Road Assessment and Recommendations

The Town of Queen Creek is seeking a design team to review and assess the existing Ellsworth Road corridor from Walnut Road on the north to Ellsworth Loop Road on the south and provide recommendations for developing a comprehensive and cohesive roadway corridor that balances transportation needs, including multi-modal transportation options. It is the intent that this work will utilize the Town’s existing right of way and property and thematic features that may already exist to identify a comprehensive and complete corridor. These proposed improvements will not be delivered in one overall project but rather over time as a part of both the Town’s Capital Improvement Program and with future private development.
