Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA), Wisconsin Veterans Home at King (WVH-K), requests Bids for the purchase of flooring installation services and intends to use the results of this process to award one Contract.

Flooring installation services will include the removal and disposal of the existing 12x12 vinyl square tile and installation of the new LVT and vinyl base flooring for Ainsworth Hall on the second (2nd) and fourth (4th) floors. Services will also include the removal of the current mop boards attached to the walls that come into contact with the flooring, and replacement with new mop boards. WDVA will provide all flooring and mop boards needed for installation.

The Contractor will be responsible for providing minimal materials to complete installation, such as flooring adhesives. WVH-K has already purchased the vinyl base and LVT flooring which is currently being stored on-site.
