The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids on behalf of Spring Hill Cemetery Park for the mowing and lawn care services of the 100+/- acres shown on the attached map (Attachment A) within the cemetery. The City is seeking bids from contactors to maintain portions of the cemetery as described herein.
A mandatory pre-bid has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at 1555 Farnsworth Drive, Charleston, WV. 25301. |
