The City of Greenwood seeks proposals from interested parties for the development of a city-owned parking lot adjacent to the intersection of Montague and Maxwell Avenues. The site is located at the heart of uptown and as such includes adequate on-site and at-street infrastructure for commercial development.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 23, 2026 at the City of Greenwood Municipal Building, 520 Monument Street, Room 230. All attendees are required to RSVP no later than April 21, 2026.
