NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
Pursuant to Government Code section 4526, the California State Lands Commission (Commission) announces its intention to hire an electrical engineer consultant Contractor to perform the electrical portion of the Commission Safety and Oil Spill Prevention Audits of offshore oil and gas platforms and facilities.
Safety Audits are comprehensive condition and design assessments that are conducted roughly every five years to help ensure the continued safe operation of these facilities for the State of California and its residents.
The purpose of this solicitation is to contract for services with an electrical engineering consultant Contractor to perform the electrical portion of the Commission Safety and Oil Spill Prevention Audits of offshore oil and gas platforms and facilities.
